The DME reimbursement codes for TheraKnit Electrodes are as follows:

EO731*	Upper Extremity Hand/Glove; Wrist/Elbow Sleeve
EO731*	Lower Extremity Foot/Sock; Back/Thigh/Knee/Ankle Sleeve

* A claim for code EO731 must be accompanied by the brand name and model number of the conductive garment and a detailed statement justifying the medical necessity of the electrotherapy brace for the patient.
